Santa Maria Bay is one of Cabo’s most iconic dive sites — a shallow, protected cove known for its gentle surge, excellent visibility, and coral-covered rocky reef that stretches from the sandy shoreline into deeper water. It’s a favorite among both beginners and experienced divers for its calm conditions, vibrant reef life, and photo-friendly topography.

Your dive begins inside the sheltered bay with an easy, calm descent.
As you move out toward the rocky point, the reef opens up with coral-encrusted ledges, schools of reef fish, and hidden macro life in every craevice. With depths ranging from 30 to 60 feet, this site offers a long, relaxed dive with plenty to explore.
