Curious about scuba diving but not ready for full certification? The PADI Discover Scuba Diving program is the perfect intro to the underwater world.
This one-day experience combines pool training with two guided ocean dives in the stunning Cabo San Lucas Marine Reserve.
Your day starts with a brief classroom session and dive theory video, followed by a hands-on skills lesson in our on-site 15 ft (4.5 m) training pool.
After that, you’ll take to the ocean for two shallow dives led by a professional instructor—perfect for first-timers.

How scuba gear works and basic underwater skills
Breathing and buoyancy techniques
Safe practices for exploring marine life
